- No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.
- Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all viewers of Learn Guitar Favorites. Employees of the company and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Prizes will only be shipped to winners in the United States.
- How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the online entry form provided by the company. Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by SweepWidget, whose decision will be final. SweepWidget is a website platform that runs giveaways and chooses random winners.
- Prize: The prize for this giveaway will be announced by the company at the time of the drawing. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Notification: The winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the drawing. The winner will be contacted and prize will be provided, transferred or shipped to the winner unless pick up is preferred.
- Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the company to use their name, likeness, and image for publicity purposes without further compensation.
- Release: By entering the giveaway, participants release the company and its employees from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, or use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).
- Governing Law: These rules and the giveaway will be governed by the laws of New Mexico
- Changes: The company reserves the right to change these rules or cancel the giveaway at any time. Any changes will be announced on the company's website or through other appropriate channels.
